Website Disclaimer

General information

The content of this website is published by UKHotelFinderBest for general information about our hotel, our gaming floor, our table games and our sister hotels across the United Kingdom. While we take great care to keep everything accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that every detail is complete, current or without error.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal or professional advice. Images are for illustration and may not show the exact room, table or venue you will experience.

Hotel listings

Our collection features hotels with gaming floors that meet the UKHotelFinderBest standard. Facilities, opening hours, table counts and the games offered at each venue are provided in good faith and may change at short notice, for example during refurbishment, private events or tournaments.

Please confirm any facility that is important to your stay with our reservations team before you travel.

Rankings and reviews

Guest rankings are calculated from verified reviews collected after a completed stay and are weighted across four categories: rooms, tables, service and views. Rankings are refreshed quarterly and represent the opinions of past guests, not a promise of quality.

Where UKHotelFinderBest appears in a ranking alongside other venues, the same scoring method is applied to every hotel listed.

Availability

Rooms, packages, tournament seats and private salons are subject to availability and may not be offered on every date. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.

Gambling risk

Gambling involves risk. Outcomes at table games are determined by chance, and no strategy can promise a result. Odds and rules described on this website are a summary only; the official rules displayed at each table always apply.

If gambling is no longer fun, please stop and speak to our team or visit our Responsible Gaming page for confidential support.

Age and eligibility

Table game content on this website is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Entry to every gaming area requires valid photo identification and is subject to our admission policy and Challenge 25 checks. This website does not provide any form of online gambling.

We link to independent organisations such as BeGambleAware, GamCare and GAMSTOP because they offer valuable support. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of any external website.
